Masyn Winn hit a homer in the 7th inning to help secure the win for the Cards. Ivan Herrera and Lars Nootbar also hit deep balls. Kyle Leahy was the star of the show pitching 2 entire innings with no score from the Phillies.
Herrera hit a homer in the 6th the Phillies responding with a fielders choice bringing Kyle Schwarber to home plate off a Realmuto hit. The Cardinals are 2nd in the NL Central just 1 game behind the Chicago Cubs.
